Paysafe is the New Brand Identity for Optimal Payments

One of the world’s leading online payment processing providers, UK based, LSE (London Stock Exchange) listed Optimal Payments has rebranded itself as Paysafe Group. Their ticker will now be changed from OPAY.L to PAYS.L. According to the firm, this step towards a new brand identity, logo and company name will create a “powerhouse” in the payment processing market, realizing their goal of presenting pertinent solutions for every payment eventuality.

Digital wallet, Stored Value brands Neteller and Skrill, and a white-label invoice issuing and installment portfolio, Payolution, active in German, Austrian and Swiss markets, will constitute Paysafe’s business portfolio. The company acquired Skrill, Europe’s leading digital payments provider, in the August of the current year for a €1.1 billion payout.

Paysafe also operates online prepaid payment provider Paysafecard, as well as FANS, which is a fully-integrated mobile engagement solution that permits both venues and content providers engage customers while making monetization tools available.

A range of global merchant solutions and tools for facilitating easy transactions between businesses and their customers are also part of Paysafe’s B2B portfolio. These comprise payment gateway solutions, merchant on-boarding services risk management and a virtual back office for dedicated end-to-end support, in addition to various pre-paid card solutions, and issuing and acquiring services.

“At the heart of today’s online business requirements is the need for a robust payment strategy that is both seamless and secure for merchants and customers alike. Merchants face a variety of challenges including the constant evolution of technologies, changing consumer behaviors and a wide variety of currencies,” said Joel Leonoff, president and CEO of Paysafe. He added, “Paysafe is the meeting point between businesses and consumers; through our rebrand, we aim to redefine the role of the payments provider… This is the very definition of Paysafe; to be relevant at the point of every payment.”

Paysafe’s new logo includes a “spark” that stands for the meeting point of payments. Their slogan is “Paysafe – One point of entry for all your business needs”. This new brand identity for Optimal Payments brings in a new design, while the firm’s new website perfectly showcases the company’s full portfolio of products and services for consumers and businesses of the present world.
