The most imposing and outstanding member of Atlantic city casinos is still Revel. Although it was closed in 2014 due to bankruptcy, this year will be a well-deserved revival for the business. Revel was the most expensive casino in the history of Atlantic city casinos, so gamblers of New Jersey must be more than excited about the outcome of the plan.

The new owner of the property, Glenn Straub announced the good news about reopening the multi-purpose casino resort in this summer. The past years were not proved to be successful in terms of Atlantic city casinos in general. In 2014 Revel was the 3 rd casino to close doors within the same year.

Glenn Straub, who purchased the property back in 2015, has already had many troubles with the ownership. He was fined because of the issues of fire suppression system in the locked casino. In addition to that, lovely seagulls have damaged the windows which costed $36,000 in total. The empty casino building was about to be converted into a university. However, it ended up hosting refugees for a short period of time.

Fortunately, the owner, Mr. Straub decided to save the iconic place from turning into a haunted house. He intends to open the property for the business in mid June. According to Mr. Straub, dining and hotel opportunities will be available, but construction of the gaming floor is still waiting for the licence from Division of Gaming Enforcement.

Unfortunately, the casino will be renamed which hasn’t been decided and revealed yet. Nevertheless, the place will stay as Revel in the hearts and minds of gambling enthusiasts in the USA.
