It is the sister-site of the popular PokerStars brand, so you can immediately expect the same level of high-standards in almost every aspect. The tournaments at Full Tilt are pretty great, and the prizes involved can range from a few Dollars all the way to six or seven-digits.

Full Tilt games cannot be played instantly, but rather you have to download the software. The set-up and the overall system are similar to PokerStars, so customers that are used to playing on the sister-site will find it very easy to navigate through all the options. There is no phone number offered, or an email form. Players can’t even talk to the support directly, since there is no live chat option. This is quite surprising, considering that everything else on the online poker site is top notch.
